FIRST PRODUCTION RUN

Your brief. Six steps. Finished garments.

An illustrative 13-week route to dispatch. Approvals and shipping affect your delivery date.

13weeks to dispatch
+ freight time
  1. Weeks 1–201

    Define & cost

    • Brief → tech pack
    • Materials → costing
    Clear specifications
    Step details

Confirm measurements, fabric, trims, construction and artwork placement. Bring reference garments and vector artwork to reduce back-and-forth.

  2. Weeks 3–502

    Make & refine

    • Source fabric → make sample
    • Review → revise
    Approved sample
    Step details

Sampling determines your ship date. A round trip takes roughly 10 days including courier. Two rounds are typical; involve all decision-makers from round one.

  3. Week 603

    Approve to produce

    • Check colours & trims
    • Approve every size
    Production sign-off
    Step details

Review lab dips, trims and a complete size-set sample. Checking only the middle size can leave problems elsewhere in the size range.

  4. Weeks 7–904

    Prepare & cut

    • Dye → relax → inspect
    • Cut approved fabric
    Cut pieces ready
    Step details

Fabric is dyed to the approved lab dip. Dyeing follows a batch queue; allow time for the process and material inspection.

  5. Weeks 10–1205

    Sew & finish

    • Sew → decorate → check
    • Press → tag → pack
    Finished garments
    Step details

Quality checks happen during assembly. Garments are washed when specified, then pressed, tagged, polybagged and packed.

  6. Week 1306

    Inspect & dispatch

    • Final AQL inspection
    • Release cartons for freight
    Ready to ship
    Step details

Check against the approved sample before dispatch. Freight time is additional and depends on your destination and transport choice.
